(IIL), an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) devoted to excellence in learning, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire AFA Project Management Ltd. (AFA), a management training company that provides accredited consultancy and training in AXELOS, APMG, and APM Best Practice methods, including:

- P3O® portfolio, programme and project support offices
