David Aboudi is a member of the Corporate Finance and U.S. Securities Groups in Pearl Cohen's New York and Tel Aviv offices. His practice focuses on counseling clients on primary and secondary market securities transactions in the United States, including IPOs, M&A transactions, reverse mergers and the ongoing public reporting requirements of issuers and shareholders.
