International Superstar And Former Miss World Priyanka Chopra Releases "Exotic" Featuring Pitbull On July 9th

LOS ANGELES, June 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Interscope Geffen A&M, Desi Hits! and 2101 Records are pleased to announce the release of "Exotic" featuring Pitbull, the first single off Priyanka Chopra's debut studio album. The highly anticipated single from the actress/singer, who has more than 8 million Twitter and Facebook fans globally, will release on all digital outlets Tuesday, July 9^th. "Exotic" brings together critically acclaimed actress Priyanka Chopra and Pitbull, AKA "Mr. Worldwide," in a high-energy dance track for the US market, the first ever international collaboration with a Bollywood superstar.

The high-energy dance track infuses a seductive mix of pop, hip-hop, and electro with accents of contemporary and classic Indian music, plus Hindi lyrics written and performed by Priyanka – these resonances are consistently woven throughout each track of the album.

With a guest appearance by will.i.am, "In My City" layers Chopra's sweetly sleek vocals over lush synth tones and brain-bending beats. Last summer, 2012, Chopra also collaborated with rapidly up-and-coming producer/DJ duo The Chainsmokers to release "Erase," a frenetic track on which Chopra wraps her taut vocals around lovesick lyrics that match the song's near-dizzying beats in intensity.
