Interups Inc. Announces Appointment of BDO India LLP as Auditor
NEW YORK, June 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Interups Inc. ("Interups" or the "Company") (OTCQB: ITUP) a holding company that intends to acquire or invest in operational Educational and Hospitality Real Property assets and businesses in India, announced today that the Board of Directors of Interups approved the appointment of BDO India LLP ("BDO") to serve as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm effective June 4th, 2016. BDO will be replacing Sadler, Gibb & Associates LLC as Interups full service accounting firm for Fiscal 2016 and beyond.
