Inteva Products SAMAP Operations Produces One Millionth Sunroof

TROY, Mich., July 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Inteva Products SAMAP Operations in Shanghai, China held a special celebration to mark the production milestone of its one millionth sunroof, manufactured on Tuesday, July 5, 2011.  Inteva Products Shanghai SAMAP is a joint venture partnership between Inteva Products and Shanghai SIIC Transportation Electronic Company, Ltd. SAMAP has manufacturing operations and engineering capabilities in Shanghai producing Tilt and Slide Sunroofs and Panoramic Roof Systems for customers such as Volkswagen, SAIC, Great Wall Motor and General Motors. The millionth sunroof was produced specifically for the Volkswagen Tiguan, a compact sport utility vehicle with the choice of Inteva's panoramic sunroof.
