Intoxalock names new CEO to lead vision for ignition interlock and alcohol monitoring business

DES MOINES, Iowa, Oct. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Kimberly Williams has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Safety Technology, LLC (CST).  CST manufactures and leases Intoxalock-branded ignition interlock and alcohol monitoring devices that have been preventing drunk driving for over 20 years. The incoming CEO will begin work immediately transitioning with CEO of 14 years, Dave Arringdale, who will be moving to a new advisory role as Executive Chairman of the Board.

With Arringdale playing a key role, Intoxalock's private equity owners, ClearLight Partners LLC, conducted a nationwide search for someone that would be a great fit for the Iowa based company that prides itself in helping people to live and drive responsibly. Kimberly earned her MBA from the University of Chicago and followed it by accumulating over 16 years of experience in top executive roles with several successful consumer-facing and business-to-business companies.
