INTRALOT and AMELCO Announce Sports Betting Platform Strategic Partnership

INTRALOT and AMELCO announce the signing of a binding MoU forming a strategic partnership and leveraging AMELCO's state-of-the-art sports betting software platform. This move is expected to address market opportunities by combining in a single novel solution the strong retail expertise of INTRALOT with AMELCO's betting platform's state-of-the-art functionalities. The Definitive Agreement between the two parties is expected to be finalized within 1Q17.
