READING, Pa., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Dean Frymoyer, an award-winning marketing professional with more than 23 years of advertising and marketing experience has opened a new marketing company, Dean Frymoyer, LLC.  The new company will focus on developing and implementing branding, advertising and marketing strategies for businesses in Berks and its surrounding counties.  

However, unlike most advertising agencies, customers will not have to pay a mark-up on printed or purchased services of any kind or a commission on placed advertising – whether it's newspaper, magazine, radio or outdoor.
