PITTSBURGH, Aug. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- "I wanted to create a dressing aid that would help an individual when positioning underwear and pants on the body," said an inventor, from Tampa, Fla., "so I invented the PANTS- ON. My design enables you to pull the clothing item up without assistance from another person."
The patent-pending invention provides an improved way for individuals to dress themselves. In doing so, it reduces the need for help. As a result, it increases independence. It also will not damage the clothing items. The invention features a practical design that is easy to use so it is ideal for individuals with limited mobility in their legs or feet, children, the elderly, etc. Additionally, a prototype is available.
The original design was submitted to the Tallahassee sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
