PITTSBURGH, Jan. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- An inventor from Suwanee, Ga., has used his knowledge of robotics to develop and create a prototype of a new kind of humanoid robot. "ZEUS began as a hobby project. I'd built a hexapod before, so I felt challenged to create a biped robot," he said. "Then I decided to develop the idea into a fully functioning robot for recreational, educational and assistance use for households."
ZEUS serves as a robot that goes beyond its novelty purpose. It not only interacts with users, but it enhances educational activity and Internet usage. It also allows for some home assistance if needed.
Dynamic, entertaining, customizable and versatile, ZEUS features an easy-to-use design and is suitable for engagement by the general population.
The original design was submitted to the Atlanta office of InventHelp. It is currently patent pending and available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
