New active ETFs powered by Invesco's in-house expertise, complement existing active fixed income products to expand investor choice.

(NYSE: IVZ), a leading global asset management firm, today announced the ongoing expansion of its active fixed income platform through the launch of two actively managed ETFs: the Invesco Core Fixed Income ETF (GTOC) and the Invesco Intermediate Municipal ETF (INTM). These additions reflect the ongoing progression of Invesco's active fixed income platform, which now manages over $491 billion globally across ETFs, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts (SMAs).

The Fund is "non-diversified" and therefore is not required to meet certain diversification requirements under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the "1940 Act").

Fixed-income investments are subject to credit risk of the issuer and the effects of changing interest rates. Interest rate risk refers to the risk that bond prices generally fall as interest rates rise and vice versa.
