Invesco Private Credit Closes $1.4 Billion for Direct Lending Strategy

ATLANTA, Feb. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Invesco Private Credit, a market-leading global private credit platform of Invesco, Ltd., today announced the successful close of its flagship Invesco Direct Lending Fund II, which along with similar vehicles, total $1.4 billion of investable capital.

The strategy focuses on senior secured loans that inherently benefit from downside risk mitigation given their priority position in the capital structure and the significant junior capital and/or equity cushion.
