Investcorp Announces Strategic Partnership with Dock Square Capital

NEW YORK, May 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Investcorp, a leading global provider and manager of alternative investment products, today announced that its Strategic Capital Group ("SCG") has entered into a partnership with Dock Square Capital LLC ("Dock Square"), an advisory and merchant banking firm founded by former Governor Jeb Bush. 

Investcorp launched SCG in late 2018 to partner with, and acquire minority equity stakes in, established mid-sized alternative asset managers, including private equity, private debt, real estate, venture capital and hedge fund managers. The new unit is led by Anthony Maniscalco, Managing Partner and Head of SCG, who joined Investcorp along with a team from Credit Suisse's Anteil Capital Partners in October 2018. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Maniscalco was on the leadership team of Blackstone Strategic Capital Holdings, which managed a program focused on acquiring minority interests in alternative asset managers.
