Invictus Capital Partners Teams with Moore Capital Management to Invest in Up to $500 Million of Residential Mortgage Loans

NEW YORK, Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Invictus Capital Partners ("Invictus"), along with the Moore Specialty Credit ("MSC") Platform, the Private Asset Backed Finance ("ABF") platform of Moore Capital Management, LP ("Moore"), a global investment firm, today announced a new partnership for MSC to invest in up to $500 million in newly-originated residential mortgage loans.

Under the terms of the agreement, the MSC platform will acquire mortgage loans sourced by the Invictus platform, a market-leading private fund sponsor and securitization issuer. The collaboration will allow the MSC Team to leverage the Invictus platform's loan sourcing, credit underwriting, and securitization capabilities, while also diversifying its investment platform to meet growing demand for residential mortgage assets.
