ipan Names Leaders for U.S. Division

MUNICH, Nov. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Intellectual Property Associates Network ("ipan"), a leading provider of outsourced intellectual property services, today announced that Phillip Henderson and Domenic Leo have been appointed Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, respectively, in the United States.

Mr. Henderson has more than 25 years of experience in the global intellectual property ("IP") industry, and most recently had responsibility for the global operations of Thomson Reuters' Innovation and Asset Management group.  Mr. Leo has more than 25 years of leadership experience in global operations, sales, and marketing in a variety of different industries including intellectual property.

Phillip Henderson
Mr. Henderson brings more than 25 years of experience in the intellectual property industry. Prior to joining ipan, he served as Vice President of Global Operations for the Innovation and Asset Management group within Thomson Reuters, responsible for IP payments, software implementation, training and support.  Mr. Henderson previously served as Vice President of Client Operations in the Asset Management group and as Vice President and CIO for the Master Data Center group at Thomson Reuters.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baker College with a degree in Business Administration.

Domenic Leo
Mr. Leo has more than 25 years of leadership experience in global operations, sales, and marketing with both private and publicly listed companies. Prior to joining ipan, he served as COO for ITIP ProFiciency, a leading cost management company in the U.S.  Prior to ITIP, Mr. Leo held a number of leadership positions at ELM Solutions (previously DataCert), including Senior Vice President, where he led worldwide sales and engineered the industry's first dedicated IP ebilling solution for Global 1000 corporations.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Leo was with Thomson Reuters, where he served as Vice President of Professional Services, among other roles.  In 2014, he was recognized by ALM's The National Law Journal as one of the top 50 "Intellectual Property Trailblazers & Pioneers."
