Invests Heavily in Training for Employees Through iProspect University
NEW YORK, March 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- iProspect, a leading global digital performance agency, was presented with a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Sales Training or Coaching Program of the Year – Business Services Industries – category in the 12th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

iProspect – with the help of Richardson – created instructor-led classes, allowing for relevant role-playing of client situations, which ultimately strengthened the program and made each course valuable to the participant. With the overall goal of adding value to customers and becoming a trusted advisor to brands, iProspect exceeded expectations, increasing consultative skills knowledge by 17 percent and attaining a 22:1 ROI from the program. Additionally, course participants rated the program an astounding 2.9 out of 3 on the overall training experience.
