VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- iQmetrix is pleased to announce it has been named one of the 50 Best Small & Medium Employers in Canada for 2011, as determined by the Queen's University School of Business and AON Hewitt.
The annual Best Small & Medium Employers study ranked iQmetrix 24th among the 50 Best Employers across the country, in this size category. The Small & Medium Employers category is reserved for organizations with 50 to 399 permanent employees. The study measures employee engagement, based on employees' degree of intellectual and emotional commitment to their workplace.
This ranking is a significant win for iQmetrix, in addition to being ranked 14th in the PROFIT 100 – Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies list in June of this year.
In fact, iQmetrix is only the third company in the last five years to make it to the Top 25 of both the 50 Best Small & Medium Employers and the PROFIT 100 in the same year.
"This is a tremendous honour for our company because it's really a testament to all the people working here," says iQmetrix President and CEO Christopher Krywulak.
"We have grown as a company and accomplished this together. All of our employees have contributed to our progress and to the quality of our workplace. At iQmetrix, our culture is focused on empowering employees to grow, to pursue their interests and to be creative. Our organizational purpose is to create great experiences for everyone we deal with and the group of employees we have enables us to do just that."
