This is a first for the industry and has significant benefits for companies in terms of acquiring and managing proven talent efficiently and cost-effectively.

IQNavigator's talent pools functionality allows for better total workforce management, empowering businesses to more efficiently access and engage highly-skilled, pre-qualified workers from a wider range of sources, including:

• Private Talent Pools: The new functionality enables HR professionals and hiring managers to manage pools of privately sourced, pre-vetted talent in a simple yet powerful way.
