Mike Garibaldi, SVP/GM of Security Solutions

Mike is responsible for EyeLock's physical security products and myris businesses, including sales, support, operations and technology.  

Mike brings 30+ years of experience in technical, operational and management consulting with particular focus in the banking and financial services industries. In addition, Mike has significant experience in the executive management of global technology infrastructure and core applications at the enterprise level as well as in the development, reengineering and implementation of varied organizational models.

Prior to joining EyeLock, Mike was a partner and co-founder of i3 Solutions Group, a global independent information technology consulting company providing converged solutions to senior executive management.  Prior to joining i3 Solutions Group, Mike was Chief Operating Officer of CS Technology, Inc. and Managing Director of CIBC World Markets. He holds a Bachelors' Degree in Finance from Hofstra University.

Blaine Frederick, Vice President of Product Management for Security Solutions

Blaine will guide the Company's vision for iris authentication products and solutions in both physical and logical security as well as their numerous commercial applications. Prior to joining EyeLock, Blaine was Product Manager at STANLEY Security, a global division of Stanley Black & Decker.

Blaine brings 15+ years of experience in the security and technology industries. He previously held multiple roles in both startup and Fortune 500 companies, including roles involving software development, software team management and product management for STANLEY Security's biometric portfolio and industry-leading security management software suite Commander. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Marco Emrich, Vice President of Business Development for Latin America

Marco is responsible for market development strategies and execution for the Latin America region, with particular focus in Brazil.

Marco brings over 30+ years of experience in achieving operational results and business growth objectives as the Chief Executive Officer of start-ups, turnarounds, and global organizations. Prior to joining EyeLock, Marco served as Managing Partner of Strategic Business Alliance (SBA), a consulting firm that supports IT, manufacturing, agriculture and healthcare clients in entering and/or expanding into the United States, Latin America, China and Africa. Prior to joining SBA, Marco was Chief Strategy and Channel Officer at jaccomo Inc., Interim CEO of WholeBrain Creativity, and President & CEO of SEDONA Corporation.

Marco is recognized for his technical and management expertise and has been published as a thought leader around the world in media including Forbes, Information Week, BusinessWeek, Logiciels & Systemes (France), DataNews (Holland and Belgium), and Journal de Computacao (Brazil).
