RALEIGH, N.C., Sept. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cross Platform Media, a Raleigh-based media company, today announced its recent acquisition of IRN/USA Radio Network (Information Radio Network).
Sam Hassell, CEO and president of Cross Platform Media, said the acquisition of the Memphis-based IRN/USA, rounds out the services of Cross Platform that is already deeply embedded in the national media space.
"We are very excited to make this announcement," said Hassell. "We look forward to fulfilling the original vision of USA Radio Network by providing audience-engaging news and content to the independent and group station owners around the country."
