Irvine Chamber of Commerce Launches Evening Business Exchange

New Initiative Will Expand Networking Opportunities Beyond ICC's Membership

IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Irvine Chamber of Commerce (ICC) will launch its quarterly Evening Business Exchange starting Thursday, January 20th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Il Fornaio located at 18051 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine . The event will be free of charge to ICC members and $20 for visitors. The Evening Business Exchange will provide attendees a chance to exchange business leads and referrals, build relationships and showcase their products or services. A goal of the Evening Business Exchange is to expand the networking beyond the ICC membership.

"We are aware of all the great organizations in Irvine and want to create an environment where we can share ideas and broaden everyone's professional networks," said Tallia Hart, President and CEO of the Irvine Chamber of Commerce.

A different association will be invited by the ICC to participate at each event. Executive Next Practices Institute will be January's featured co-host and this April the event will be co-hosted by The Southern California Venture Network (SCVN).

Members have the opportunity to purchase a limited amount of expo tables to showcase their business and will be recognized and promoted at the event. In addition, each co-host will have the opportunity to have an expo table and their members will be able to attend the event for free.
