Isabella Bank Corporation Announces First Quarter 2020 Dividend

MT. PLEASANT, Mich., Feb. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Isabella Bank Corporation (OTCQX:ISBA), announced today that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a first quarter cash dividend of $0.27 per common share at its regular meeting held on February 26, 2020. The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2020 to shareholders of record as of March 26, 2020. Based on ISBA's closing stock price of $23.96 per share as of February 27, 2020, the annualized cash dividend yield was 4.51%.
