FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Oct. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Minacs, a global business solutions company, is ranked a "Breakthrough Top 10 Outsourcing Service Provider" two quarters consecutively for the Americas and Asia Pacific by ISG, a leading industry analyst. Quarterly rankings are based on annual contract value won, according to the ISG Global Outsourcing Index 2015.
