Isla Porter Board Appoints Co-Founder Emily Arthur as Chief Executive Officer

Arthur will continue as Chief Creative Officer while leading the design-driven cabinetry company into its next phase.

NEW YORK, Sept. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Isla Porter LLC today announced that its Board of Managers has appointed co-founder and Chief Creative Officer Emily Arthur as Chief Executive Officer, effective August 18, 2026.

Arthur will continue to serve as Isla Porter's Chief Creative Officer while assuming responsibility as CEO, bringing together the company's creative vision, product leadership, operations and overall business strategy.

Arthur brings nearly 20 years of experience in home product design and development to the CEO role. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design with a degree in industrial design, she has built her career around identifying unmet opportunities in the home industry and creating products that combine thoughtful design with everyday function. Before co-founding Isla Porter, Arthur held leadership roles in product design and development with leading home retail brands, including West Elm, a subsidiary of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
