Island Medical Management and Pegasus Emergency Group Announce Merger

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. and BOZEMAN, Mont., Oct. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Island Medical Management and Pegasus Emergency Group have  entered into an agreement to merge to form a company that will operate under the Pegasus model and brand to provide  Emergency Department leadership, staffing, coding and billing services to 40 client hospitals across nine states.
