The Contractor Performance Benchmarking by Hiring Clients, U.S. publication is available in two industry specific volumes: Oil & Gas, Utilities & Power Generation and Manufacturing, Mining, Chemicals & Facilities Management. The KPIs presented within the reports include total recordable incident rate (TRIR), days away, restricted or job transfer rate (DART), lost time case rate (LTC), fatality rate, injury and illness severity (in days) and experience modifier.
