ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification Scheme Panel: Live Streaming Event

HIGH WYCOMBE, England, March 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- APMG-International is hosting a live streaming event on www.apmg-international.tv on March 31^st at 11.30am-12.30pm BST (6.30 am EDT) to introduce its ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification Scheme.

Having acquired itSMF's ISO/IEC 20000 scheme late in 2010, APMG is now able to present to the service management community its plans for developing the scheme.  Panel members on the day will include Richard Pharro, CEO, APMG; Colin Rudd, Director IT Enterprise Management Services Ltd and examiner, APMG; Leah Radstone, new qualifications development co-ordinator, APMG. Other examiners and assessors will also be on the panel.

They will address questions such as:

Why did APMG take over the scheme from itSMF?

What are APMG's aims for the scheme?

What qualifications will be available?

Is itSMF still involved?

How are we supporting the training organizations who are already delivering the scheme?
