IT Convergence Recognized as a Challenger in the Gartner Magic Quadrant Report for Oracle Application Services, North America

RENO, Nev., March 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- IT Convergence, a global application services provider with localized capabilities announced today that Gartner, Inc. has named it a Challenger in its February 2017 Magic Quadrant Report for Oracle Application Services, North America.

To be named to the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Oracle Application Services, North America, Gartner evaluated twenty service providers' capabilities on their ability to deliver a comprehensive set of implementation and management services across the Oracle portfolio of products for North America clients.  

Among the "Ability to Execute" criteria Gartner uses to evaluate providers in the Magic Quadrant are products or services, overall viability and customer experience. In addition, providers are evaluated based on their "Completeness of Vision," which include market understanding, offering (product) strategy, geographic strategy and innovation.
