ITelagen Finalizes Transition as a NextGen Value Added Reseller (VAR)

JERSEY CITY, N.J., Feb. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ITelagen has finalized the transition to become a Value Added Reseller (VAR) for NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary of Quality Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: QSII) and a leading provider of healthcare information systems and connectivity solutions. The transition positions ITelagen as the 3^rd largest reseller of NextGen® solutions.  ITelagen's new status as a NextGen Healthcare VAR expands its East Coast service base from Maine to the British Virgin Islands, by acquiring 87 additional clients, and enabling a service reach that covers all parts of the country.

The transition spanned over five months and included a migration of both Support Only and Hosted/Support clients.  "We folded clients into the ITelagen operation promising service and support that's more secure, HIPAA compliant and offers a data center with multiple redundant power and data streams," David Ulrich, COO of ITelagen, said.  With little disruption to the clients and a high level of customer service, ITelagen successfully retained all clients during the transition.
