ITS Selects Unanet ERP GovCon to Maximize Operations and Efficiencies Amidst Sustained Growth

Modern solution with enhanced real time analytics and reporting will replace off-the-shelf software

DULLES, Va., Aug. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Unanet, the leading provider of project-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) for the government contracting (GovCon) industry, today announced a new partnership with Infinity Technology Services (ITS, LLC). ITS, a Colorado Springs, Colo.- based firm that develops IT engineering, cybersecurity, and various digital engineering solutions for defense, intelligence and civilian clients such as the U.S. Space Force and U.S. Air Force, is replacing its legacy, off-the-shelf processes and systems with Unanet GovCon ERP. Unanet will deliver a more robust, efficient and real time end-to-end solution that will drive operational efficiencies, maximize analytics and deliver strategic insights to support ITS' continued growth.

ITS has experienced hyper-growth for the last several years and the firm is now over 200 global employees. As a result, ITS reviewed its current legacy business processes and tools and determined it needed a more comprehensive ERP to prepare for continued growth as well as operational challenges that may be ahead as the company scales.

"To gain a complete picture in our previous system, we had to use several tools and conduct manual data exports and imports. This lack of automated integrations was slow, and required extensive database maintenance and debugging. Most frustratingly, it left us with lagging information and analytics. It was clear to me that what got us here would not get us where we are going this year and beyond," said ITS president and CEO, Hassan Campbell.

Campbell led the search for a new ERP alongside ITS director of finance, Steve Yowan. They searched for a platform to streamline internal workflows, improve dashboard views, and seamlessly incorporate real time data and analytics. After evaluating multiple systems, ITS selected Unanet for its intuitive interface, low-maintenance design and proven track record with other high-performing GovCons.

"We've grown rapidly but steadily in a controlled manner. Unanet gives us the unified, intelligent system we need to better manage complex billing structures, improve reporting, and support our global teams more efficiently. Additionally, Unanet's integration team and their approach have simplified everything, making the transition currently underway seamless. We now have an ERP and a partner as agile and mission focused as we are," said Yowan.

Unanet ERP GovCon will provide ITS with a centralized platform for timekeeping, billing, financial management, and project tracking capabilities – all of which are critical for remaining audit-ready, compliant and responsive in a fast-moving GovCon landscape.

"We're focused on delivering best-in-class solutions to the most sensitive and demanding missions across the globe. With Unanet, we're freeing up our teams to focus on what matters most—mission success," said Campbell.

ITS joins a fast-growing list of more than 2,000 GovCon organizations that rely on Unanet ERP for their business management needs. According to Unanet's most recent GAUGE Report, a leading benchmark study for government contractors, companies that implement Unanet report significant improvements in data accuracy, compliance, and operational visibility.
