ITW Medical Products Announces Acquisition of Coeur Holding Company

HEBRON, Ill., Oct. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ITW Medical Products, a division of Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW), today announced it has completed the purchase of Coeur Holding Company, a leading provider of disposable medical products used in diagnostic imaging and other medical procedures. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Coeur is a leading provider of disposable medical products used in diagnostic imaging and other medical procedures.
