Jack Henry & Associates Increases the Quarterly Dividend on its Common Stock by 10 Percent to $.115 per Share
MONETT, Mo., Feb. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: JKHY) today announced that its Board of Directors has increased the quarterly cash dividend by 10 percent to $.115 per share. The cash dividend on its common stock, par value $.01 per share, is payable on March 8, 2012, to stockholders of record as of February 21, 2012. At January 31, 2012, there were 86,709,623 shares of the common stock outstanding.
