Jamen Graves Joins Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consultant as Managing Principal

LOS ANGELES, June 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, announces Jamen Graves, Ph.D., has joined the firm's San Francisco office as Managing Principal for the Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting business.

Dr. Graves has more than seventeen years experience working with senior executives of Fortune 500 companies in the areas of leadership development, CEO and senior team effectiveness, group facilitation, organization change, and human resource management.  He joins Korn/Ferry from Oliver Wyman-Delta, where he led large-scale senior leadership and change management initiatives that were typically implemented globally.  Prior to that role, Dr. Graves served as vice president of organization assessment at Right Management Consultants.
