As January 17th is national "Ditch Your New Year's Resolution Day," the agency is aiming to help users understand key factors in keeping their resolutions to increase success rates.
Only eight percent of people actually stick to their New Year's resolutions. To accelerate success, the Stick app combines the best of information tracking tools, fantasy team competitions, peer support systems and psychology insights to keep users engaged and accountable.
