In addition to being Founder of her own company, Jean holds a second position as a Health IT lecturer at UCLA. A member of AHIMA, HIMS, CHIMA, and NAPW, she enjoys pilates, running, and other physical fitness activities. Jean also enjoys spending time with her family, playing piano, and traveling.

Furthermore, Jean is currently completing her Ph.D. in Health Services, and has an MPH in Health Services from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Public Health Management, and a BS in Health Services, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a specialization in Medical Record Science from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Public Health as well.

Upon completion of her Ph.D, she hopes to focus on health IT research, teaching and writing to share what she has learned by doing over the years with a focus on health information technology for health care organizations and public health.
