Jedox Appoints New President for U.S. Subsidiary Jedox Inc.

Jedox AG, a leading vendor of Business Intelligence and Enterprise Planning software solutions, announced today that former Tableau executive Edward (Ed) Gromann has been appointed as President of its Boston-based subsidiary Jedox Inc., effective immediately.

Prior to Jedox, Ed Gromann served as Director Technology Alliances at Tableau, leader in visual data analytics, where he executed go to market initiatives with Tableau's most strategic technology partners and managed the global expansion of Tableau's Customer Advocacy Program. Before joining Tableau in 2013, Ed served as Executive Sponsor for many of IBM's largest customers as the Global Performance Management Solutions Executive at IBM Cognos. Another career milestone of note is Ed's appointment as the Vice President Worldwide Sales Support and Services at TM1-developer Applix Inc. in 2004. Ed helped growing Applix Inc. customer base and revenues substantially, culminating in the acquisition by Cognos in 2007.
