Jeffrey B. Rosichan joins Evercore as a Senior Managing Director in its Equity Capital Markets Group

NEW YORK, May 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Evercore (NYSE: EVR) announced today that Jeffrey B. Rosichan has joined the Firm's Investment Banking business as a Senior Managing Director in its Equity Capital Markets Group based in Evercore's office in Menlo Park, California. 

Mr. Rosichan was most recently Managing Director and Vice Chairman, Equity Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was Head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets at Banc of America Securities, and previously at Merrill Lynch, including serving as Head of Investment Banking in Hong Kong. Mr. Rosichan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
