Jennifer Risi to Lead Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide's 360 Degree Media Influence Team

NEW YORK, March 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide (Ogilvy PR), an integrated global communications firm, welcomes Jennifer Risi as Executive Vice President, 360 Degree Media Influence and Director, Content Creation effective March 1. Based in the agency's New York headquarters, she will be focused on providing strategic counsel and direction on global media relations, brand innovation and CEO positioning. Risi will also work to create impactful content-rich campaigns that will help our clients to successfully navigate today's ever-changing global media environment.

Prior to joining Ogilvy PR, Risi served as Executive Vice President and co-founded the Global Strategic Media Practice at Weber Shandwick. During her tenure, she worked with many of the firm's top clients including Siemens, MAC AIDS Fund and Fresh Direct, and focused on global media relations, corporate positioning, CEO branding, crisis communications, corporate social responsibility and business-to-business strategy development. Risi also created VOICEBOXX™ – the firm's proprietary approach to securing speaking opportunities at global, national, regional and local speaking venues around the world.
