Jessica Demmerly Named Co-Chair of Rubin Rudman's Trusts & Estates Department

BOSTON, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Rubin Rudman is pleased to announce that Jessica Demmerly has been named Co-Chair of the firm's Trusts & Estates Department. She will manage the group along with current Co-Chair Jennifer Laucirica.

Demmerly focuses her practice on estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning.

She regularly works with individuals, couples, and families facing the emotional and practical complexities of financing long-term care for elderly loved ones or managing the lifelong support of children with special needs. She is also experienced in working with older adults without spouses, children, or close family – guiding them through sensitive decisions about managing their affairs and care should they become incapacitated or pass away.

She also serves on the Boston Estate Planning Council and is a member of the national Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Massachusetts Bar Association. At Rubin Rudman, she serves on the firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
