Jetlore Poaches Pinterest's Top Female Data Scientist to become New Director of Algorithms

SAN MATEO, Calif., June 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Jetlore, the leading AI-powered prediction platform for the world's top retailers and beyond, today announced the appointment of Dorna Bandari as its director of algorithms. Bandari will oversee machine learning infrastructure and development of algorithms behind Jetlore's award-winning AI-powered prediction platform. Bandari comes to Jetlore from Pinterest, where she led data science initiatives in infrastructure and the company's core product groups, responsible for research, development and analysis of new machine learning projects in a broad range of applications.

Bandari holds a doctorate in electrical engineering from UCLA and has more than 10 years of experience in machine learning and algorithm development. Bandari has served in various research and development roles at tech companies such as Pearl.com and Room77 and as an entrepreneur as a founder of Penda App/Hubmanity. Bandari will report to Jetlore CEO and Co-Founder Eldar Sadikov.
