NEW YORK CITY THEATRICAL RELEASE OF INVESTIGATIVE DOCUMENTARY

NEW YORK, Oct. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- After a successful run in recent film festivals, including award honors in Beverly Hills, Myrtle Beach and New York City, "Jihad in America: The Grand Deception" releases theatrically. Steven Emerson and the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT), the film's creators, have teamed up with New World Cinemas distribution for Grand Deception's theatrical release, beginning October 25, 2013 in four New York City locations.  

The Grand Deception, a 70-minute film, presents a whole new paradigm through which to comprehend the maelstrom of current events in the Middle East and the United States. The film examines the rising issue and influence of the Muslim Brotherhood inside and outside America and how this group continues to deceive American leaders, law enforcement, media and university life into believing that their interests are popular, cultural, solely religious-based and moderate rather than fringe, political and/or Islamist and extremely restrictive.
