Jingwei International Added to the Halter USX China Index

SHENZHEN, China, Oct. 8 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Jingwei International Limited (Nasdaq: JNGW) ("Jingwei" or "the Company"), a leading provider of data-mining, interactive marketing and software services in China, today announced that its stock has been approved by the USX Selection Committee and added to the Halter USX China Index, as of September 30, 2010.

The Halter USX China Index was created by Halter Financial Group.  For a company to be included in the Index, it must conduct a majority of its business in China, maintain an average market cap of over $50 million for the preceding 40 trading days, trade on the NYSE, NYSE Amex or NASDAQ, and be reviewed and approved by the USX Selection Committee.
