Out of the four Leaders in this evaluation, Jive received the highest score in the "current offering" category.

Forrester Research states in the report that all four of the Leaders provide a robust set of pure social depth capabilities and the right balance of customization, integrations and out-of-the-box features for marketers across a range of industries.  Forrester notes that Jive received high marks for its content discovery and usability.
