JND Legal Administration Names Nicole Christ as SVP of Operations

Experienced Government and Consumer Redress Leader Joins JND's Senior Management Team

SEATTLE, March 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- JND Legal Administration (JND), the U.S. leader in legal administration services, has named Nicole Christ as Senior Vice President of Operations. Christ brings over two decades of experience in government oversight, consumer protection, and settlement administration, including her tenure leading refund programs at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

During her time at the FTC, Christ managed the agency's Office of Claims and Refunds, overseeing more than 250 consumer redress distributions that returned over $2 billion to affected individuals. She played a key role in implementing the FTC's first electronic payment distributions and spearheaded efforts to enhance transparency and accountability, including the launch of the FTC's annual report on refunds and interactive public dashboards. She also brings a wealth of plain language expertise, which played a critical role in the launch of IdentityTheft.gov, an initiative that earned the 2016 Grand ClearMark Award from the Center for Plain Language.

Christ holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in English and Creative Writing from Salisbury University.
