A seasoned insurance professional amassing thirty three years of industry experience, Joanna's consulting business offers property and casualty expert witness and litigation preparation services. Her areas of expertise include business strategy, business relationship partnering, consulting, property/casualty insurance, expert witness testimony and claims consulting, as well as customer service support, training, leadership, and team building.

Recognized by Women in Business for her successes, Joanna is also California State University, Fullerton, MCBE Director of the Women's Leadership Program. She is an Advisory Board Member of the Women's Leadership Institute at Auburn University. Additionally, she maintains affiliation with the National Association of Professional Women, where she was recognized as a NAPW VIP Woman of The Year in 2014.

Moreover, Joanna received an award for Outstanding Contribution from California State University, Fullerton Center for Insurance Studies and she has also completed Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and riding her two horses. She also serves her local community as a hospice volunteer, where she was recognized as a 2016 Spirit of Volunteerism Awards Honoree.

Reflecting on her collegiate career, Joanna graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Joanna was appointed to design and implement the women's leadership program for the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton. She successfully launched the program during the 2015-2016 academic year and looks forward to another successful leadership series for 2016-2017.
