Jobaline Names Experienced Tech And Business Executive Douglas Johnson As New CEO
SEATTLE, Sept. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Jobaline, a leading marketplace for hourly workers, announced today that it has appointed proven CEO and company builder, Douglas Johnson, as Chief Executive Officer.
Jobaline's solution helps national employers find and hire more qualified hourly workers at a lower cost. For workers, the company's mobile and voice-enabled bilingual platform makes it easier to find and apply for jobs.
Johnson brings more than 15 years of experience as CEO, board member and company builder to his role at Jobaline. As CEO of Accessline Communications, Johnson drove a company turnaround that grew revenue 10x and went on to become the CEO of the acquiring company, Telanetix. At both companies and in his most recent role at Intermedia, which acquired Telanetix, Johnson has consistently focused on creating customer value and building company success.

Johnson also served as CEO and board member of AccessLine Communications, a provider of hosted Voice over Internet (VoIP) services, from 2002-2008. Prior to AccessLine, Johnson took on ever increasing roles of responsibility, driving product and sales in the telecom business, at McCaw Cellular Inc. and then AT&T Wireless.
Johnson began his career with Touche Ross (now Deloitte and Touche) as a CPA. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University.
