Our Medical Supervisor in South Beach, FL is world renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Lee Gibstein, M.D.  Dr. Gibstein's advanced training and years of clinical experience allow him to consistently achieve remarkable aesthetic results for his patients throughout Miami, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Additional high-profile and talented plastic surgeons will be invited to join the training board as we continue to develop the program.

In addition to her ongoing patient care, Leebow serves as a Clinical Nurse Educator for various aesthetic companies offering the most advanced technology and cosmetic procedures to health care providers and patients all over the country.  Leebow is an associate of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and a member of the ANCC Board of Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Society of Dermatology for Nurse Practitioners.

Joey New York also recently welcomed Deidre Espinoza to its Team.  After 17 years with CND (Revlon subsidiary) as a Financial Controller, Deidre Espinoza joined The LABB Team to assist with Financial Planning & Analysis, HR functions and new location build-outs.  Deidre has over 25 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, Management, Financial Reporting & Presentation and Budget Preparation.

Additionally, Joey New York brought on Kim Lord Curtis, a beauty industry pro with a career spanning 20+ years creating, developing and successfully launching award-winning products for global beauty brands such as Nivea, Neutrogena and Philosophy.  Her extensive background includes product development, formulation, packaging, manufacturing, creative marketing and merchandising.  Kim joins the LABB Team to assist in Marketing Operations, managing corporate development projects, marketing initiatives and creative services. She holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Van Loan School at Endicott College.
