Notable sales include The Danny Thomas Estate in Beverly Hills (at $65 million – the second highest sale in the history of Beverly Hills, second only to Aaroe's sale next door to Swedish billionaire Markus Persson for $70 million) and The Edie Goetz Estate in Holmby Hills (for $40 million). John Aaroe Group broke two records with the highest reported sale in the history of Malibu's Carbon Beach ($48 million) and the Wilshire Corridor ($15 million penthouse at The Carlyle Residences), both of which were off-market.*
