BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Nov. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- John Aaroe Group, a leading luxury residential brokerage firm, announced that its sales of multi-million dollar homes in the Greater Los Angeles Metro Area surged strongly ahead during the third quarter ended October 31 compared with the same period in 2013. Sales of homes priced from $1 - $5 million were up 19 percent. Sales of homes priced from $5 - $10 million increased by 76 percent. Sales of homes priced at $10 million and above jumped 107 percent.

He also reported that a five-member team led by Monte Hartman and Bradley F. Cole, who left the firm six months ago, returned to the Aaroe Brentwood office.
