John Hancock Investments launches Market Intelligence app for iPad
App leverages investment insight from the firm's network of asset managers and researchers
BOSTON, Jan. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- John Hancock Investments today announced that Market Intelligence, an award-winning guide to the financial markets, is now available on iPad.
Over the past two years, Market Intelligence has become a trusted market resource for financial advisors and other intermediaries. John Hancock Investments' multimanager approach to investing provides its dedicated in-house research team with a unique advantage: the ability to leverage the best market insight from its global network of more than 75 specialized asset managers and investment partners. Research is vetted and debated to develop the firm's 12- to 18-month outlook on a range of asset classes, which is then presented in a chart-centric format.
"We conduct this kind of research as a by-product of the work we do to provide investment due diligence and oversight of the asset managers on our platform," explains Leo M. Each page is FINRA approved for use with investors, and can be used either as a stand-alone illustration or as part of the larger publication. Market Intelligence reaches more than 50,000 financial advisors each quarter; an additional 4,000 advisors order the guide every month. The new iPad app takes Market Intelligence one big step forward, enabling users to explore interactive versions of the charts, get a guided editorial view, and receive intraquarter updates for key content.
